This sketch was an onsite demo done at Savannah's City Market for my Illustration class. It was done on Fabriano Artistico. It is small around 6" by 8". Probably the greatest challenge in watercolors for me is to work as loosely in larger paintings as I do in sketches.
I have a collection of several arts and crafts pitchers in all shades of blues and greens. This was done on Fabriano Aristico which is a rough surface paper.
Needless to say I have not been posting watercolors as much as I thought I would initially but I am getting back into it now. This little sketch of onions was done on Khadi paper rough surface.
